Carioca Wine Lounge
Visitors felt the Rhythm of Rio in Gugs when visiting the Carioca stand. Carioca is a fruit flavoured sparkling cooler that brings the rhythm of Rio in every sip.
Says Ebith Jurgens, SA Brand Manager, “We’re very excited for Carioca to be debuting at this festival. Carioca is relatively new in South Africa, but we’ve watched it gaining momentum since launch, and we can’t wait to share Carioca with the people of Gugulethu.”
Visitors who sampled one of the exciting fruit flavours – Berry, Tropical or Peach – also had the opportunity to have their make-up done by a professional, adding a bit of Rio flair to their look. |

Always a big favourite was the popular 4TH STREET wines, which are all about living the sweet life, and the sweet life is about being at places and being seen. This year, visitors to the TOPS at SPAR GUGULETHU WINE FESTIVAL wanted to be seen at the 4TH STREET stand.
Visitors to the stand had a chance to play the Grab the Sweet Life game to win instant prizes. To enter, any of the 3 delectably sweet and easy-drinking 4TH STREET wines – white, rosé and a red – could be tried. “Our wines are perfect for everyday enjoyment, or special occasions, and we invite Gugs festivalgoers to come and try our range for themselves.” And who knows, they might even win a prize that will fit right into their fabulous sweet life. |
